Mel is the nutritionist, it was interesting.... I like her!
Felt more like she was a kindred spirit. She understood!
So her concerns where more physiological as well. Why the anxiety over coming to see her?
What feelings do I eat on?
How do you change the routine that leads to “binge’ eating?
What I loved is that she didn’t plonk me on a scale. Wasn’t too concerned about what I weighed.
She spent about an hour and a half taking to me about under what circumstances I eat.
As well as how/when I started picking up weight.
All rather interesting!
